Michelle Sung Lee was born on October 11th, 1989 to BJ (father) and Bo (mother) in Honolulu, Hawaii. Her father, a professor at University of Hawai'i, and her mother are both Korean immigrants and Michelle speaks fluent Korean. It is also said that she speaks some Japanese and Chinese. Michelle started playing golf when she was four, but got her big break when she was 10. She qualified for a USGA amateur championship event at the USGA's Women's Amateur Public Links Championship, becoming the youngest player ever to do so. More to come
